Background
At our heart, we are digital designers, strategists, and consultants. While protecting your brand is a vital, selling large numbers of domain names is not part of our goal.
We do not compete with budget retailers like Crazy Domains, Melbourne IT and others. We are unable to offer the facilities or match their prices. In fact, we purchase domains at the same prices!
We encourage clients to consider establishing an account with a bulk domain reseller. Its sensible to park inactive domains at their lower rates. These may include domain iterations that protect your brand, define individual products, or domains for investment.
On the other hand, we recommend active domain names remain in our management. While the cost will be substantially higher, a few hundred dollars over a couple of years is a small price to pay for the convenience and speed of having everything managed by the one company.
By differentiating our services in this way, you can make the right decisions for your business.
Key Differences
We bill annually for all domain name registrations and renewals. Keeping things simple. Although some domain names are renewed at different times, we bill annually for everything.
Domains are automatically renewed 45 days before the anniversary date. This is not dependent upon receipt of your payment. Your domain(s) will be renewed even when payment has been delayed.
Invoices are sent 60-days in advance of the anniversary date. You have a little time after receiving invoices to cancel the domains. Your invoice is due to be paid within 7-days.
Cancellation requests must be emailed to ac******@**********om.au and received more than 45-days before the anniversary date of your domain name.
Unpaid invoices for domain names, are not considered a cancellation request. Your domain will be renewed, and payment for invoices will be pursued like any other dishonored debt.
Domain names required a credit card or direct debit agreement. Unlike our other services, we do not accept EFT domain name payments. Payments are automated using credit card or direct debit.
Extra Services
We may charge for management services when you have more than two domain names. These fees cover the extra administrative work and auditing portfolios of domain names.
We can provide advice about purchasing domains and protecting your brand. This service is not included in your domain name renewal price.*
We can reconfigure your domain settings for website, email, and security. This service is not included in your domain name renewal price.*

Highlighted Terms
Standard payment for domains names is expected by credit card or direct debit agreement. We store credit cards securely and will automatically charge for your renewal 45-days before the anniversary date.
You will receive multiple anniversary reminders before the invoice is issued. These will be sent by us, our supplier, or by the governing authorities.
While we may use an online portal for issuing invoices, this portal must not be used to cancel, transfer, or register domain names. It is also not for support requests.
Our domain name registrations include no other services. We do not bundle email, forwarding, name servers, or an online management portal. These are available as extra purchases.
Recurring invoicing systems are surprisingly complex and expensive. We may use an invoice system that does not state the start and end date of your domain name renewal period. Our invoice will show the domain name and the anniversary day and month.
