What do I do if my website is down?

If you suspect your website may be completely down, please test it before reporting it to support.

  • Ensure your internet is working by accessing https://google.com.au.
  • Test it on multiple different devices like a desktop/laptop and your mobile device.
  • Testing it using your home/business broadband (Wi-Fi) and a mobile hotspot with the Wi-Fi disabled.
  • Call a friend or colleague in a different location and ask them to access the website.

If your website is not displaying correctly or is showing and error (e.g. 502, 503 or 404):

  • Clear the cache on all your browsers. If your website has recently been upgraded then the cache may cause problems..
  • Use an Incognito or Secret browser for testing. These techniques will ensure old data is not being used when viewing the website.

Premium hosting infrastructure: https://status.wpmudev.com/

Domain network: https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/

If these reports show that the website, infrastructure and network is working, and yet your website is not displaying correctly. This could indicate a recent update is incompatible with your website content. Yoru webiste content will need to be updated. Email su*****@**********om.au to report the issue. Charges will apply unless our servers caused the problem.
