- Make sure your descriptions are direct and detailed
- Use a list to help us recreate the same issue at our end
- Include screen shots of the effected area of the webpage
- Include a link to the effected website and webpage
- Respond the same day to our replies
Most importantly, don’t make assumptions. Assume we dont know your website and don’t understand. Keep it basic and yet detailed.
