For clients who are on legacy hosting being supported by Quadra Hosting (previously supplied by 24 Digital), we have provided the following links to assist you in maintaining your service.
The legacy products reached their end of life on 30 June 2019. We no longer provide support for these products. We will forward any issues directly to Quadra for assistance, but all support will attract our default hourly maintenance charges.
We do appreciate the importance of reliable hosting and that your website is valuable to your business. It is because of this reason that we recommend that you have you developers upgrade your website to run on PHP7 and migrate your website to a new hosting service.
The email service that is supplied by Quadra is also redundant. Email is now dominated by either Microsoft Office 365 or Google Suite and we recommend you migrate to either of these services immediately. We can assist with these migration but charges do apply.
