If you are concerned whether your website is down, we assume that you cannot see it using both desktop/laptop and your mobile device.
There are several factors that may prevent your seeing your website. To begin eliminating the suspects, can you access (a) an international search engine (b) a local large business and (c) a large local ISP (Telco). If you can access the local ISP and/or the local business then the problem is likely the DNS used by your internet providers. Research how to change your DNS to Google or CloudFlare. Do not ask your internet provider as they would prefer you use their own DNS. Speak to your IT department about using a fixed DNS by Google or CloudFlare.
Assuming you can view a variety of websites and are confident the network is working. We now suggest you clear the cache on all your browsers. We appreciate some of your favourite setting will be lost. If your website has recently been upgraded then the cache may cause problems. Use a search engine to locate the instructions to clear the browser cache. We also suggest you use an Incognito or Secret browser for testing. These techniques will ensure old data is not being used when viewing the website.
